My name is Jordan Hilario and I play acoustic fingerstyle guitar. I have been playing the acoustic guitar for almost 15 years now but it is during the year 2004 when I decided to concentrate on the fingerstyle guitar technique, using percussion technique, slap harmonics, double-hand tapping, fingerpicking and precise strumming.
My influence on acoustic fingerstyle guitar are Kotaro Oshio, Billy McLaughlin, Michael Hedges, Stephen Bennet, Dan Schwartz, Ben Woolman & Don Ross.
Although I mention the use of various fingerstyle guitar technique above, I consider myself first a songwriter.
